To create a new ESP Group, go to the Special: menu and select ESP Groups. Click the New button in the ESP Groups window that opens up.
The New ESP Group Wizard will open and will step you through creating the ESP Group. Click Next.
Enter the name of the ESP Group - in our example above it's "Smith Family". Click Next.
Enter a short description of the ESP Group - in our example above it's "Pictures from our summer vacation". Click Next.
Enter the name of the mailbox that you want ESP Group messages to be routed to - or choose an existing mailbox. In the example above, we've named the mailbox "Smith Family".
The Transfer to New Mailbox button only lets you specify a top-level mailbox. If you want to create a mailbox that is inside another
folder, click the Transfer to Existing Mailbox button,
right-click in the list of mailboxes that pops up, and select New from
the menu that appears.
When you're finished, click Next.
Enter the name of the folder where you want the ESP Group's shared documents to live.
If you want to specify a new folder in a location other than one shown under Use New Folder, you'll need to click the Use Existing Folder button instead.
When you're finished, click Next.
If you have multiple personalities, choose the Personality that you want to assign to this ESP Group.
Click Finish to create the ESP Group.
After you've completed these steps, the ESP Group that you've just created appears in the list view on the left of the ESP Groups window.
Click "Continue" below to proceed to Inviting People to Join an ESP Group.
