How do I remove entries from the Recipient list? (MAC)

Issue:

Strange address book problems or the Recipient List is showing old or deleted nicknames.

Solution:

You will need to rebuild the Address Book table of contents. To do this hold down the "option" key on your keyboard, then open your address book (you will not receive any notifications or messages that this has been completed). This should help resolve your address book issues.

Note: You can also hold down the keyboard combination "option + cmd + L" to rebuild the Address Book table of contents.
