-ERR user not known Document ID: 2161HQISSUE: Client users are getting "-ERR user not known" returned from EIMS. SOLUTION: This error indicates one of two problems. The account is not in the primary domain, and the client has not been properly configured to check mail in a secondary domain. See "Configuring clients to work with multiple domains". The client has not correctly specified the username. Check the capitalization and format of the pop account and/or username fields. KEYWORDS: EIMS
