I can't install Palm PRC files after I install EIS.

ISSUE:

I can't install Palm PRC files after installing EIS, what's wrong?

SOLUTION:

Our tests seem to indicate that this symptom is seen with version 3.1 of the Palm desktop. We are working with Palm to research this issue. Meanwhile, the workaround is to reinstall Palm Desktop for Windows version 3.0.3 available from http://www.palm.com/support/downloads/
